Series snapshot (latest locked close)
Monthly returns by series — GAV (NAV)
GAV = after expense & management fee, performance fee excluded. (NAV) = after the performance fee too, shown only in a month the series finished above its high-water mark. Closed months are the locked closes; months marked (indic.) are provisional estimates from the dashboard, month boundary on the 1st.

Share classes
A reinvestment class compounds the declared rate into principal;
a payout class credits it as a cash payable and leaves principal flat.
Adaptive is priced by the series NAV engine, not by a declared rate.
Pick a class and period, then preview.
Locked yield periods
A switch moves an investor between share classes without cash leaving the
fund. The out leg is priced by whichever engine owns the source class — for
an Adaptive position that means its month's close — and the in leg is created
from the exact settled amount. Lock-up fees are never charged on a switch.

Close period

Locked periods
The monthly 1.0% p.a. accrual books itself at each close.
Itemized bookings recorded here reduce nothing automatically — use the close's expense
override to replace the accrual with actuals for a month.
Redemption proceeds are typically paid 15–30 days
after month-end. Marking paid records the actual cash date — remember to book the matching
external withdrawal in the investment dashboard's Capital Movement ledger.
Pick a period and preview the schedule before recording it.
Tiers are effective-dated: a run uses the latest declaration on or before
the period's first day. An AUM that no tier covers is excluded from the
run and reported as a warning — a rate is never assumed.
Investor portal — publish state
Loading…
Locking a close publishes automatically; this re-runs it
(idempotent, locked data only).
Indicative returns (months not yet closed)
One number per open month, rendered on the
portal as a dashed, clearly-labelled extension — never as a committed value. Suggestions
come from the dashboard's after-fee NAV/unit (before investor-level fees); review each
number before publishing. Locking a close removes that month's row automatically.
Portal accounts & setup links
Send each investor their one-time setup link
(portal default
http://<host>:8100). Links expire after 30 days;
re-publishing refreshes accounts but never resets passwords.
